Grilled sausages and veggies in foil pouch with butter, garlic, and caraway seeds for maximum flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 ounce) rings smoked sausage
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium head cabbage, cut into thin wedges
  • aluminum foil
  • 0.5 cup salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions:
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Halve the sausage links lengthwise and then chop into 3-inch pieces.
  • Create a flavorful packet by combining sausage, potatoes, and cabbage on a sheet of foil. Add slices of butter over the mixture and then sprinkle with garlic and caraway seeds before sealing tightly to lock in all the delicious flavors.
  • Grill until sausage is browned, potatoes and cabbage tender, about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
