Grilled Sausage and Peppers with Cheddar Potatoes

Stay cool with grilled dinner paired with stovetop Betty Crocker® Ultimate Cheddar mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (19.5 oz) turkey Italian sausages
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium green or yellow bell pepper, cut into wedges
  • 1 small sweet onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 box (4.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Ultimate Cheddar mashed potatoes
  • Water, butter and milk called for on box
Instructions:
  • Combine sausages, bell peppers, and onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing, then mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Drain sausages and vegetables, discarding dressing. Place vegetables in a grill basket. Grill sausages over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Grill vegetables in the basket for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until crisp-tender.
  • Prepare the potatoes according to the directions on the box, incorporating milk, butter, water, and the Cheese Sauce pouch.
  • Plate the sausages, vegetables, and potatoes together for a delicious meal.
