Juicy grilled swordfish steaks topped with tangy lime butter sauce, fresh cilantro, and zesty jalapeno - ready in 20 mins!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks, 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lime zest
  • 0.25 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill until it reaches medium-high heat and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Coat swordfish with a luscious olive oil infusion.
  • Grill the fish on high heat until easily flaked with a fork, for 8 to 12 minutes, while brushing with olive oil and flipping once halfway through.
  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, fragrant cilantro, spicy jalapeno, and zesty lime zest and juice. Serve this flavorful butter mixture with the swordfish.
