Delicious grilled swordfish marinated in teriyaki sauce and basted with butter, perfect for the whole family to savor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat, then lightly oil the grate.
  • Allow the swordfish to soak up the rich flavors of teriyaki sauce by marinating each side for 5 minutes.
  • Grill swordfish, brushing it generously with melted butter, until easily flaked with a fork, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  • Sprinkle with aromatic garlic powder and present beautifully.
