Ingredients:

  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 4 slices lemon, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Combine wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a glass baking dish to create a delicious marinade.
  • Place the swordfish steaks in the flavorful marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, remembering to rotate them occasionally for even flavor infusion.
