Enhance grilled swordfish with zesty citrus marinade bursting with fresh and dried herbs. Delicious and easy.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) bottle olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds swordfish steaks
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, parsley, garlic, dill, and pepper in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Mix well. Add swordfish and coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours to enhance the flavor.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate before cooking.
  • Take the swordfish out of the marinade, shaking off any extra. Dispose of the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill the swordfish on high heat until tender and easily flakes with a fork, about 4 minutes each side. Expect a flavorful flare-up from the marinade as it cooks swiftly!
