Refreshing lime and herb-marinated halibut fillets, paired with vibrant pineapple and mango salsa, create a perfect dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 6 (6 ounce) fillets halibut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions:
  • 1. Arrange halibut fillets in a shallow baking dish. Combine olive oil, lime juice, thyme, basil, oregano, and rosemary in a bowl. Drizzle marinade over the fish, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and adjust the grate height to 4-6 inches from the heat source.
  • Oil the grill grate, then place the halibut on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
