Cheesy beef and rice casserole with creamy pea mixture, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking.
  • In a hot skillet, brown and crumble ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain grease.
  • Combine ground beef, brown rice, peas, soup, milk, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese. Cover the dish with a lid or foil before baking.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
