Kick off your party with flaky golden turnovers and sparkling triple-fruit cocktails.
Ingredients:
  • 1L (4 cups) chilled guava nectar
  • 250ml (1 cup) white rum
  • 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, hard core removed, finely chopped
  • 500.00 ml fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 125.00 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 300ml chilled ginger ale
  • 300ml chilled mineral water
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Mix the guava nectar, rum, pineapple, and passionfruit in a large jug or bowl, and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Crush the mint in a mortar with a pestle. Combine with ginger ale, mineral water, lime, and guava mixture. Serve in glasses.
