Spicy Guinness cheese dip with chili and cayenne, ideal for party snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 32 ounces processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®)
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Melt cheese in slow cooker on High heat for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Combine beer, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper with cheese, stirring consistently until creamy and heated, approximately 10 minutes.
