Create a festive white chocolate bark with a colorful mix of candies perfect for Halloween treats.
Ingredients:
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • Orange food colouring gel
  • 62.50 ml milk chocolate bullets
  • 62.50 ml Chicos lollies, halved crossways
  • 6 licorice allsorts, halved
  • 82.50 ml Smarties, roughly chopped (see notes)
  • 20.00 ml black cachous
  • 40.00 ml orange sprinkles
  • 40.00 ml popping candy
Instructions:
  • On a piece of baking paper, measure out a 20cm x 30cm rectangle using a pencil. Once done, flip the paper over and place it on a large tray.
  • 1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 minutes, stirring with a metal spoon halfway through until smooth. Add food coloring to tint orange.
  • 1. Spread chocolate evenly over the marked rectangle on baking paper. 2. Arrange bullets, Chicos, and allsorts cut-side down on the chocolate. 3. Sprinkle Smarties, cachous, sprinkles, and popping candy on top. 4. Allow to set for 20 minutes. 5. Break into pieces and serve.
