Easy, fun sweet-salty Halloween bark for a crunchy, chewy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 24 oz vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), chopped
  • 40 thin pretzel sticks, broken into pieces (1 cup)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
  • 2 bars (2.07 oz each) Snickers™ candy bars, unwrapped, chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 1 bar (2.1 oz) Butterfinger™ candy bars, unwrapped, coarsely crushed (1/2 cup)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan by lining it with waxed paper. Next, melt the candy coating in a large microwavable bowl on High for 1 minute or until melted, then stir until smooth. Mix in the pretzels. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan to cover the bottom completely. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes before proceeding.
  • Microwave peanut butter chips in a small microwavable bowl on High for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth. Spread over the vanilla layer, sprinkle with candy bar pieces, press gently, then refrigerate for 20 minutes until set.
  • Crush candy into 2-inch chunks and keep in a sealed container at room temperature.
