Spooky white chocolate Halloween bark - perfectly sweet with no tricks!
Ingredients:
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 50g white chocolate, chopped
  • 4cm piece licorice strap
  • 12 red M&M's Mini
Instructions:
  • Grab a pencil and outline a 20cm x 30cm rectangle on a sheet of baking paper. Then, flip it over and lay it on a large tray.
  • Combine dark and milk chocolates in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%), stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, for 2 minutes or until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate onto baking paper using the marked rectangle as a guide.
  • 1. Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute or until smooth, stirring halfway through. 2. Spoon the melted chocolate into a snap-lock bag and cut off a small corner. 3. Pipe 12 x 6cm spirals onto the bark. 4. Use a skewer to create a spider web pattern by running the tip from the center of each spiral to the outside edge, following the picture as a guide. 5. Repeat the pattern with the remaining spirals.
  • Cut licorice into small 1cm pieces and thinly slice. Place M&M’s Minis on chocolate bark. Surround each M&M's with 8 strips of licorice to create adorable spiders. Allow to set for 20 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
