Ingredients:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 (8 ounce) package nacho cheese-flavored corn chips (such as Doritos®), crushed
- 1 bell pepper stem
Instructions:
- Mix together the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and chili powder until fully combined. Shape the mixture into a ball and chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
- Before presenting, coat with crunchy corn chip crumbs and garnish with a bell pepper stem for a festive pumpkin-like appearance.
