Spooky Halloween cheese ball with 3 cheeses, prosciutto face, and olive eyes for a creepy centerpiece.
Ingredients:
  • 1 plastic mask (from a craft store)
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages prosciutto
  • 2 pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces shredded Havarti cheese
  • 0.5 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 0.25 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
Instructions:
  • Gently grease a plastic face mask with cooking spray and cover it with plastic wrap, ensuring it fits snugly over the nose and eyes.
  • Set aside two or three slices of prosciutto. Tear the rest into strips and arrange them on the mask to create the "muscle tissue." Begin with the eyes, leave them empty, then shape the cheeks, chin, and forehead.
  • Place the two whole green olives, pimento side-down, in the eye holes of the mask. Set the mask aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, Cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. Stir in the chopped green olives and roasted red peppers until well combined using an electric mixer or your hands.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture generously around each olive to create eye shapes. Gently spread the cheese mix all over the mask, being careful not to disturb the prosciutto slices. Press down the cheese to fill any gaps and completely cover the mask. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
  • Carefully transfer the mask onto a serving platter, then gently peel off the mask and plastic wrap to reveal a stunning (and slightly spooky) face. If any cheese is peeking out along the edges, simply use the saved prosciutto slices to conceal it before presenting.
