Ingredients:
  • 1 x 300g focaccia bread, halved, split
  • 61.88 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 100g thinly-sliced leg ham
  • 70g semi-dried tomato
  • 2 tsp capers, drained
  • 60g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Heat up the sandwich press. Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of focaccia. Layer ham, tomatoes, capers, and mozzarella on the bottom halves. Add a dash of pepper for seasoning.
  • Place the sandwich with focaccia tops in a hot sandwich press until golden and crispy, about 4 to 5 minutes. Then, serve hot.
