Ham and asparagus ricotta tarts

Elevate your deli meats for a gourmet dinner party experience.
Ingredients:
  • Ham off the bone, finely chopped
  • 250g (1 cup) fresh ricotta
  • 1 sheet of frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed
  • 6-8 asparagus spears
  • Olive oil spray
  • Shaved parmesan
  • Baby rocket leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix finely chopped ham off the bone with 250g (1 cup) fresh ricotta. Take a thawed sheet of frozen ready-rolled puff pastry and cut it in half. Spread the ricotta mixture on the pastry, leaving a 2cm-wide border. Arrange 6-8 trimmed asparagus spears on top. Give it a quick spray of olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes or until it's puffed and golden. Finish by garnishing with shaved parmesan and baby rocket leaves. Enjoy your delicious dish!
