Easy ham and Cheddar lattice pie using crescent roll dough. Ideal for brunch!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Press one package of crescent roll dough into a 9-inch baking dish, then cut the remaining package of dough into 1-inch strips.
  • Combine eggs, ham, Cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with crescent roll strips in a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until perfectly golden and firm, for 50 to 60 minutes.
