Ham and cheese tortilla sandwiches

Elevate your meal with a ham and cheese tortilla wrap.
Ingredients:
  • 6 wholegrain tortillas
  • 375.00 ml grated cheese
  • 2 x 125g cans corn kernels, drained
  • 100g shaved ham, shredded
  • Vegetable oil, to brush
  • 125g grape tomatoes, chopped
Instructions:
  • Place tortillas on a flat surface. In a bowl, mix together cheese and corn kernels. Spread the cheese and corn mixture on one half of each tortilla, then add ham. Fold the tortillas in half to create semi-circles.
  • Preheat a large frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly brush with oil. Cook 2 folded tortillas at a time for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Flip them carefully.
  • Slice tortillas into generous wedges and present alongside juicy tomatoes.
