Make flavorful Southwest ham and cheese wraps with a creamy corn filling.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (11 ounces) vacuum-packed whole kernel corn or whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 10 slices (1 ounce each) deli fully cooked ham
  • Cilantro sprig, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and corn.
  • Place a slice of ham on each tortilla, then evenly spread 2 tablespoons of corn mixture over the ham. Add a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top before rolling up the tortillas.
