  • 7g sachet dry yeast
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 187.50 gm warm water
  • 13.80 gm olive oil
  • 40g button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 small zucchini, grated
  • 22.00 gm tomato pasta sauce
  • 40g sliced ham, diced
  • 125.00 ml grated mozzarella
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt together. Pour in warm water and add 3 teaspoons of oil. Stir until a dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1 minute until smooth and in a ball shape. Place the dough in a large greased bowl and cover with greased plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size. Gently punch the dough down, then divide it into 2 balls. Reserve 1 ball for the Mixed Mushroom, Garlic, and Chili Pizza recipe.
