Ham and peach pizza

Delicious ham and peach pizza, perfect for the whole family, ready in just 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 250g packets fresh pizza dough (see note)
  • 90.75 gm tomato pasta sauce
  • 332.50 ml coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 150g shaved leg ham
  • 2 ripe yellow peaches, cut into wedges
  • 80g baby rocket
  • 82.50 ml shaved parmesan
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 82.50 ml small fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan-forced with 2 baking trays inside.
  • Roll out each dough ball on baking paper into a 25cm round. Spread evenly with sauce, sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top. Add ham, peach, and the rest of the mozzarella.
  • Transfer each flavorful pizza on the parchment paper to the heated baking trays. Bake until beautifully golden, about 15-17 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix 70g of rocket and Parmesan. Drizzle with vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish the pizza with basil and the leftover rocket. Cut the pizzas into slices and serve alongside a fresh salad.
