Cheesy ham and veggie egg dish - ready in just 20 minutes for a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs, milk, and garlic salt in a medium bowl and beat until well mixed. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the margarine until sizzling. Add in the ham, bell pepper, and onion, and cook while stirring for 2 to 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour the velvety egg mixture over the savory ham in the skillet and cook until the eggs are perfectly set but still slightly moist, gently stirring from the edge towards the center. Take the skillet off the heat, sprinkle with a generous amount of cheese, cover, and allow it to sit for 1 minute until the cheese becomes irresistibly melted. Enjoy the indulgent flavors!
