Ham and vegetable spring rolls

Elevate spring rolls with savory ham for a delicious family snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 packet spring roll wrappers (215mm x 215mm)
  • 80g shaved leg ham, chopped
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • 1 small carrot, finely diced
  • 1 stick celery, finely diced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • olive oil spray
  • sweet chutney, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 200°C. Let 6 wrappers thaw for approximately 10 minutes. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix together the savory ham, creamy corn, crunchy carrot, celery, and flavorful green onion.
  • Spoon a generous amount of filling onto one corner of each wrapper. Lightly brush the edges with water. Fold the corner over the filling, roll up securely, and press to seal. Transfer to a tray and lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Bake until light golden for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy with sweet chutney.
