Perfect for picnics or meals on the go, this dish is versatile and delicious served hot or cold.
Ingredients:
  • 150g leg ham, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 small zucchini, grated
  • 80g cheddar cheese
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 20.00 ml chopped dill
  • 125ml vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Combine onion, zucchini, ham, cheese, and flour in a large bowl. Pour in the mixed eggs, oil, dill, salt, and pepper. Gently fold everything together until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 6-cup ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and firm. Enjoy with a side of fresh salad or oven-roasted tomatoes.
