Savory ham and pork meatloaf with sweet and tangy glaze, baked until golden brown.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground smoked ham
  • 0.75 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine ham, ground pork, eggs, and bread crumbs in a bowl until well mixed. Add bread crumbs gradually until the mixture holds together. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Apply glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking.
  • Combine the brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the glaze.
