Hamburger Hash Skillet Supper

Elevate beef and potato hash with creamy tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. refrigerated diced potatoes with onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped tomatoes
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet, sauté ground beef, potatoes, and red onion over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until beef is fully cooked and potatoes are tender, stirring often. Drain excess fat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and pepper until well blended. Add this mixture to the beef and cook for 2 to 5 minutes until bubbly around the edges, stirring often. Carefully stir in the tomatoes.
