Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pound potatoes, cut into small chunks
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
  • water to cover
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large saucepan over medium-high heat, then brown the ground beef and onion together, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Place the potatoes and bouillon in the saucepan and add just enough water to cover the potatoes. Cover the saucepan, simmer over low heat, and cook until the potatoes are tender and the water has been absorbed, approximately 30 minutes.
