Easy and delicious stuffed mushrooms with wine-infused bread crumbs, perfect for game day or happy hour!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 20 mushrooms, stems removed
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Position oven rack 6 inches from heat source and preheat broiler.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Dip the bottom of each mushroom cap in the melted butter and arrange on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Combine Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, and thyme into the luscious melted butter. Introduce wine and soy sauce into the mix. Stir in bread crumbs until a moist and adhesive mixture forms.
  • Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the delicious bread crumb mixture, ensuring to mound it slightly to use up all the filling.
  • Place in the preheated oven and broil until golden and bubbling, approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
