My unique and delicious creation, combining the best elements from various recipes. Simple yet flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mashed very ripe banana
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  • Combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Stir in walnuts, eggs, oil, banana, pineapple, vanilla, coconut, and cherries until just blended. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake the loaf for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
