Smoky sausage, vibrant bell pepper, and juicy pineapple cooked in sweet chili garlic sauce, served over fluffy rice.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili garlic sauce*
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions:
  • Sauté sausage and bell peppers in a pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until the sausage is lightly browned and the peppers are tender.
  • Stir in the chili garlic sauce and pineapple, cooking for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Spoon the delicious mixture over a bed of fluffy, perfectly cooked rice.
