Make a quick and tasty Hawaiian pizza using a premade base for speed and convenience.
Ingredients:
  • 450g Pizza Base
  • 180g (about 3 or 4) bocconcini
  • 80g leg ham
  • 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C, then place the pizza base on a lightly greased pizza tray.
  • Cut each bocconcini into quarters. Roll up the ham and slice thinly.
  • Lay bocconcini on pizza base. Spread ham and pineapple on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden. Add freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with coriander leaves. Cut into eight slices and enjoy with mixed salad leaves.
