Hawaiian Quesadillas

"Whip up tropical ham and pineapple quesadillas in just 20 minutes!"
Ingredients:
  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 2 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 3 oz thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet, lay down a tortilla and spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on it. Layer with half of the ham, pineapple, bell pepper, and cheese. Add the second tortilla on top.
  • Sear for 2 to 4 minutes until golden on both sides, then transfer from the skillet.
  • Make another quesadilla following the same steps.
