Satisfying Hawaiian quesadillas with ham, pineapple, cheese, and salsa - perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 1.5 pounds sliced ham
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a griddle over medium-high heat. Toast one side of a tortilla for 1 to 2 minutes. Place 2 to 3 slices of ham on the griddle to warm. Flip the tortilla, add mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, top with hot ham, spread salsa, sprinkle with pineapple, then fold in half.
  • Flip the quesadilla and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla reaches the desired crispness, about 2 to 4 minutes. Use a pizza cutter to slice it into wedges. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with sour cream.
