Tropical pineapple and salami pasta with tomato sauce, topped with coconut flakes. Use farfalle or rotini pasta if needed.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package radiatore pasta
  • 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups chopped salami
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente; then, drain.
  • Heat tomato pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cooked pasta, pineapple, and salami. Cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce starts to bubble, stirring occasionally.
