Whip up a tropical delight with layers of yellow cake, luscious pineapple, fluffy cream, coconut, and nuts for a heavenly Hawaiian treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.5 cup flaked coconut
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
Instructions:
  • Follow the instructions on the cake mix package to bake in a 10x15-inch pan. Once baked, let it cool and then top with drained pineapple.
  • Follow the instructions on the pudding package and set it aside. In a medium bowl, smoothly beat the cream cheese, then combine it with the prepared pudding. Gently fold in the whipped topping and spread the mixture evenly over the pineapple.
  • Garnish the top with coconut, chopped walnuts, and maraschino cherries before refrigerating until serving.
