Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.75 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add pineapple with juice and eggs. Mix in nuts and coconut, then transfer mixture to prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the cake on a wire rack before frosting.
