Elevate classic chocolate cookies with a hint of coffee for a decadent twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut-flavored syrup
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or crystals
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 30 coffee bean chocolate pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, syrup, instant coffee, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls and coat with powdered sugar. Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for approximately 9 minutes until firm. Gently press a candy piece on top of each cookie right out of the oven. Let cool for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack.
