Indulge in a decadent coffee cake with chocolate chips and hazelnuts - a delightful treat for any time of day!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (filberts)
  • 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray (without flour).
  • Combine rich brown sugar and velvety hazelnut spread in a small bowl. Fold in crunchy nuts and decadent chocolate chips, setting aside for the perfect topping.
  • 1. Combine flour blend, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in butter and vanilla. 3. Gently fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. 4. Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle with the reserved topping mixture.
  • Bake for 25-27 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy warm.
