Healthy Buffalo chicken dip with light ranch dressing and reduced-fat cheeses for guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans natural chunk chicken, drained
  • 0.75 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
  • 8 ounces multigrain crackers
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm chicken and hot sauce for about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and ranch dressing, stir until smooth and warm for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, mix in half of the Cheddar.
  • Pour the mixture into a slow cooker and generously sprinkle the remaining Cheddar on top. Cover and let it cook on Low until it's hot and bubbly, which should take about 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with celery sticks and crackers before serving.
