Healthier hot wings made with less butter and no frying - perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Coat chicken wings with the flour mixture in a large dish. Chill uncovered on a baking sheet for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  • Bake wings in a preheated oven until fully cooked and juices run clear, about 15 minutes per side.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with hot sauce, pepper, and garlic until well blended, stirring for about 3 minutes. Toss the chicken wings in a serving bowl with the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
