Creamy spinach, egg, and chicken in a luscious onion sauce. Healthy never tasted better!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 pound cooked, cubed chicken meat
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 1.3332999944687 cups cooked spinach
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onions
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, gently cook the onion over low heat, then sprinkle with flour and salt. Stir well and pour in the milk. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer until thickened.
  • Combine the chicken, egg, and spinach until fully incorporated. Heat mixture until warmed through and ready to serve.
