Creamy poppy seed dressing with water and cornstarch for a light and thick salad topping.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine water, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, mustard powder, and poppy seeds in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until dressing thickens, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool.
