Start or end your day with a refreshing berry, banana, kale, and spinach smoothie for a boost of energy and nutrients.
Ingredients:
  • 6 fluid ounces milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 frozen banana
  • 0.25 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 green ice cube (see footnote)
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, add milk, yogurt, strawberries, banana, blueberries, green ice cube, whey, and honey in the order given. Blend until creamy.
