Coconut oil popped popcorn coated in sweet honey and warm cinnamon, a guilt-free family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 0.75 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over high heat, warm up coconut oil. Test the oil by adding 3 popcorn kernels and covering the pot. Once 1 kernel pops, pour in the rest of the popcorn, cover, and shake occasionally. Cook until there is a 1 to 2-second gap between pops, around 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl swiftly. Drizzle honey evenly over the popcorn. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon, then toss with your hands to ensure even coating.
