Tender sirloin and fresh veggies wok-tossed in a flavorful homemade sauce for a speedy and nutritious steak entree, ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 (4 ounce) boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Combine the steak sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl and stir until the sauce is smooth.
  • In a sizzling wok, saute onions and ginger in sesame oil until onions are lightly browned. Add steak, broccoli, mushrooms, and garlic; cook until steak is done and veggies are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour the savory sauce over the succulent steak mixture and cook while stirring until everything is perfectly coated, for about 2 minutes.
