Healthy Waldorf chicken salad with Greek yogurt, a deliciously versatile sandwich filling.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.125 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple pepper seasoning (such as Savory Spice Shop® Park Hill)
  • salt to taste
  • 6 ounces chopped, cooked chicken
  • 0.5 cup chopped Honeycrisp apple
  • 0.25 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, vinegar, poppy seeds, maple pepper seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Mix in chicken, apple, and walnuts until well combined. Thin out with milk if needed for desired consistency.
