Indulgent and simple dip, perfect with water crackers for full flavor experience. A delightful twist on classic artichoke dip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.25 ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a glass pie plate.
  • Combine hearts of palm, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onion, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl, then spread the mixture into a greased pie plate.
  • Bake without a cover for 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly, then enjoy with crackers or Melba rounds.
