Simple no-bake dessert, effortless to make.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml Smooth Hazelnut Spread
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 175g packet Hedgehog Slice, coarsely chopped
  • 160g packet Make At Home Pastry Flan
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream and choc-hazelnut spread. Use an electric mixer to whip until soft peaks form. Then, gently fold in three-quarters of the hedgehog slice.
  • Transfer the delicious choc-hazelnut spread mixture into the pastry shell and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill. Sprinkle the rest of the hedgehog slice on top of the pie. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
