Decadent chocolate biscuit slice, easy to whip up.
Ingredients:
  • 250g plain shortbread biscuits
  • 400g good-quality milk or dark chocolate
  • 60g copha, chopped (see note)
  • 40.00 ml hundreds and thousands
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 25cm x 7 1/2cm bar pan by greasing and lining it. Gently crush biscuits into small pieces using a rolling pin and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and combine with copha in a heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle the luscious melted chocolate mixture over the biscuits and gently fold until fully incorporated. Transfer the delectable mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Coat with colorful hundreds and thousands then chill overnight. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
